Winner of two 2003 Tony Awards, including Best Musical Revival, Nine is "THE
HOTTEST SHOW ON BROADWAY!" (Rolling Stone Magazine). Based on Fellini's 8½, this sensational, groundbreaking musical returns in a spectacular new production starring Antonio Banderas (Evita, The Mask Of Zorro) in his multiple award-winning Broadway debut.
Nine revolves around Guido Contini, a film director in the Fellini mold. Having just suffered through several box office flops, he attempts to write and direct a new film but is unable to come up with a suitable plot. Drifting towards a nervous breakdown, Guido finds himself examining his past flawed relationships with the many women who have come through his life and struggling to act his mature age of 40 as opposed to nine.
Antonio Banderas makes a triumphant Broadway debut playing Guido Contini with Jane Krakowski as Carla, Laura Benanti as Claudia, Mary Stuart Masterson as Luisa and Chita Rivera as Liliane La Fleur. Additional cast members include: Nell Campbell as Lina Darling, Saundra Santiago as Stephanie Necrophorus, Jacqueline Hendy as Our Lady of the Spa, Anthony Colangelo & William Ullrich as Little Guido, Mary Beth Peil as Guido's Mother and Myra Lucretia Taylor as Saraghina. The ensemble includes: Stephanie Bast, Jessica Leigh Brown, Rachel DeBenedet, Rona Figueroa, Sara Gettelfinger, Kristin Marks, Linda Mugleston, Paul Schoeffler, Elena Shaddow and Kathy Voytko.
Later in the run -- John Stamos played Guido Contini, Rebecca Luker played Claudia, Sara Gettelfinger played Carla and Eartha Kitt played Liliane La Fleur.

If it's hypocrisy, greed and seduction you're looking for, look no further than Molière's most famous farce, Tartuffe. Under the religious cloak of piety, the lecherous, menacing, arch-hypocrite title character schemes to marry his benefactor's daughter, seduce his wife, then defraud him of all he possesses. Does the scoundrel succeed? Take your seat and find out as Tony Award®-winner Brian Bedford (The Molière Comedies and London Assurance at RTC) stars with Henry Goodman (The Merchant of Venice and Hysteria) and J. Smith-Cameron (Fuddy Meers and As Bees in Honey Drown) in this thrilling revival of one of the world's greatest comedies.

BIG RIVER, The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn includes deaf, hard-of-hearing and hearing actors performing with both spoken English and American Sign Language (ASL), interweaving music, voice, sign language, dance and storytelling techniques from both hearing and deaf cultures into a unique theatrical event.
BIG RIVER, The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn is one of the greatest creations in American fiction. This tale of adventure and self-discovery begins on a raft on the Mississippi River in the 1840s, where Huck, escaping from his drunken father, meets up with Jim, a runaway slave. The story of their journey downstream is an American classic that captures the rhythms, sounds and spirit of life on the big river. The musical numbers include "Do You Want to Go To Heaven," "Waiting for the Light To Shine," "Muddy Water," "When the Sun Goes Down in the South" and "Worlds Apart."
The cast featured Tyrone Giordano (Huckleberry Finn), Daniel Jenkins (Mark Twain/Voice of Huck) and Michael McElroy (Jim).

"Master Harold"...and the boys explores a young white man's coming of age in 1950's apartheid South Africa. Sam and Willie, two middle-aged black men, are servants at the St. George's Park Tea Room owned by the parents of Hally ("Master Harold"), a 17 year old white boy. Hally has been confronted with two very different role models for his imminent adulthood: his bigoted drunken father, and the black man who has been his friend and lifelong mentor. By the end of the day, his life course has been set in motion on an unexpected path.
One of the most beloved works by South African playwright Athol Fugard (Boesman and Lena, Blood Knot, The Road To Mecca, Sorrows and Rejoicings), "Master Harold"...and the boys reunites Danny Glover and Lonny Price from the original Broadway production of the show. In this production, Danny Glover (Places in the Heart, The Color Purple, The Lethal Weapon series, Beloved) plays "Sam," and Lonny Price (A Class Act, Visiting Mr. Green, Grown Ups) directs. Michael Boatman ("Spin City," "Arli$$") plays "Willie," and Christopher Denham makes his Broadway debut as "Hally."

For generations of Americans, they play like the soundtrack to our lives. Songs that are sophisticated and stylish, complex, subtle, exhilarating. These ageless and unforgettable melodies and lyrics came from composer BURT BACHARACH and lyricist HAL DAVID, the formidable songwriting team that penned hundreds of America's most popular tunes, including an astonishing 66 top hits.
Now the music of BACHARACH/DAVID is celebrated in The Look of Love, one of the most anticipated new Broadway musicals of the season. Showcasing some thirty songs, ranging from heavyhitter standards to magical hidden gems, The Look of Love features smart, stylish staging, sexy dancing, hot orchestrations, and above all, unbelievable singing. It is an evening in the theater that, like a BACHARACH/DAVID song, stirs, leaps, and stretches yearningly up the scale, and then detonates in a dazzling display of emotional fireworks.
Subscribers to the 2002-03 Season also received tickets to Talking Heads, by Alan Bennett, (with Lynn Redgrave) Off-Broadway at the Minetta Lane Theatre.
