WHAT DO I NEED TO RENEW ONLINE?
Before you begin your RENEW ONLINE! session, please make sure you have the following information handy.
- Your subscriber USER NAME and PASSWORD as provided with your renewal materials. If you have not yet received your renewal postcard or you have misplaced them, you may call Ticket Services at 212.719.1300 to be provided with these items.
- Your EXACT current 2007-08 subscriber information (on the mailing label of your renewal materials) including: your subscriber account number, primary subscriber name, exact primary subscriber address, number of 2007-08 subscriptions, and 2007-08 subscription series code.
- A major credit card (AMEX, Visa, MC, Discover) for payment.
- A valid e-mail address for confirmation.

WHAT CAN/CAN'T I DO IN RENEW ONLINE?
Once inside you will be allowed to:
- Change your number of subscriptions or series for 2008-09.
- Request a seating change.
PLEASE NOTE: Roundabout Theatre Company's subscription renewal deadline has passed. All seats that have not been renewed have been released. At this time, you will receive best available seating in your selected series. Seating requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
You will not be able to:
- Renew your Family Club, Teacher's Series (FR02, FR11) or Sign-Interpreted Series subscription (TU09, SM10). This is due to additional materials and verifications required to process these series. For these series, please mail in your form as per usual or call Ticket Services at 212.719.1300 to renew your subscription.
- Renew multiple subscription accounts at once (i.e multiple subscriber account numbers).
- Change the primary subscriber name or address. For security reasons, the primary subscriber name and address must match the information on hand for the 2007-08 season.

FREQUENTY ASKED QUESTIONS:
- How can I upgrade my seat locations?
Seat location upgrades are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. It is best to send in your upgrade request as early as possible.
If you join the Chairman's Circle, you will enjoy priority subscription seating and assistance.
- Where is Section B seating?
Subscribers who purchase Section B will receive Rear Mezzanine seating at the American Airlines Theatre and Studio 54, and will receive Rear Side Orchestra or Rear Side Mezzanine seating at the Laura Pels Theatre.
- What if I'm happy with my seat locations?
If so, please DO NOT request a series change. If there are dates in your present series that are not convenient, simply exchange your tickets for that production. We always attempt to give our subscribers comparable seat locations for their first exchange.
- What if I want to change my subscription series?
When changing to another subscription series, please provide Ticket Services with as many alternate series choices as possible. This will enable us to try to give you comparable seat locations in your new series.
- What are Wild Card series?
Choosing Wild Card allows us to put you in the series with the best availability. DO NOT select Wild Card if you want to keep your seats. Wild Card series are intended for subscribers who do not currently have a set series code, and who have flexibility with their dates.
- How do I change the names on my account?
For security reasons you can not change the name on the account via the web. If you wish to change the name of the account holder or split your subscription, please attach a signed, written request with your renewal form.
